Who We Are

PLEASE NOTE: LuxuryFilms2go has the right to refuse service for any booking which he does not want to render. A service agreement form must be signed upon arrival or before the shoot. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times.

LATE FEE: Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. In the event that the client arrives up to 15 mins late for the scheduled session, a $25 late fee will be added to the session. In the event the client is 30 or more minutes late, the session will be cancelled without refund.

PAYMENT POLICY: Sessions must be paid immediately upon arrival via cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted.

RESCHEDULING FEE: In the event that the client must reschedule, a $25 fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the fee towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Lixuryfilms2go cannot perform this contract due to fire or another casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any amount upon notice
